I recently had a nice surprise when i checked an affiliate account that i signed up to quite a while ago, and forgot all about for many months. I read some great reviews of a new Aloe Vera product called Gastric Gold that many people regarded as the best, and most pure 100% Organic Aloe Vera money can buy. So i thought this would be good quality product to promote.

They also offer 25% commission on every sale, which is good considering that Gastric Gold's products start from $113, up to around $250. So i tracked the company down and joined their affiliate program. I wrote a little review about Gastric Gold on my shopping related blog and left it as that. After writing that review of the product i forgot all about the Gastric Gold affiliate program i joined and just carried on with other programs, and other affiliate networks i was working with at the time.

Then, about 2 weeks ago i suddenly remembered the Gastric Gold affiliate program. So i went to the website and logged in for the first time ever. When i seen that i had made 5 sales my heart started pounding! lol. I couldn't beleive it, i only wrote one small review on this product and that was all the promoting I had done.

Five sales just off that I thought. At first I thought there must of been an error with their tracking system, but there wasn't. The thing that impressed me most was the amount of visitors i had sent to their site was 17, and 5 of those actually bought the product. That is an excellent conversion rate, specially without spending a dime.
